Rules

The organizer reserves the right to overrule any of the rules stated below when necessary.

Match Format

Best of 5 (First to win 3 rounds wins the match)

Number of picks: 4 unique classes

Number of bans: 1

Game Type

Conquest: Players may win only once per each deck they have. If a player loses with a deck, he/she can use it again in the same match until he/she wins using it. If a player wins with a deck, he/she is not allowed to use it again in the same match. The first player to win with all 3 of his/her decks is declared the match winner.

Decks: Standard

Server

Players must be on Blizzard’s EU servers prior to adding each other as friends and during the competition.

Deck Submission

Players must submit all 4 decks in the tournament page before the check in period starts. Deck submissions are locked once the first stage of the tournament begins. It may be open for changes at a later stage if deemed necessary. Should that happen, players will be notified of the new deck submission phase.

Players are NOT allowed to play any card during the tournament that does not belong to its respective deck that is submitted on our website. Failure to abide by this rule will result in default win for the opponent if sufficient evidence is provided.

Check-in

The check in period starts 60 minutes before the match’s start time and ends 15 minutes before. Players must check in within the allocated time or they will be disqualified from the competition.

No Show

Both players must attempt adding each other as friend on blizzard’s client and start the match as soon as possible. If a player is non-responsive or does not start the challenge 10 minutes past the match’s starting time, then the opponent has the right to submit a no-show report with photo or video evidence. An administrator will subsequently interfere and resolve the issue.

Match Delays

Players may take a combined total of 20 minutes of comfort time during the match after taking permission from the administrator. Any further delay to the match caused by the same player will result in a defwin for his/her opponent.

Disconnections

A player is considered “disconnected” if he/she fails to reconnect within five minutes. If the disconnection occurs in the starting stages of a round, the opponent may request a defwin of that round and an administrator will judge the situation. If it occurs in the latter stages of the round, the non-disconnected player is entitled to a defwin.

Score Submission

Both participating players are responsible for submitting and approving scores. When the winning player is submitting the score, he/she must provide photo or video evidence of the results.

Defwin

A defwin (default win) is defined as winning the round or match by default.
