If the game settings are found to be incorrect at any time and the case is reported with evidence, the violating hosting team will lose that round. The hosting team is responsible for giving the best possible connection to all players in the lobby. Additionally, each team gets to ban 1 member from the opponent's team from hosting a game. All lag tests and hosting decisions MUST be made prior to starting the game.

Game Settings

The rounds are played in a custom lobby with the CWL preset. All the settings and restrictions from CWL rules are to be adhered.

Roster

Each team gets to register 5 main players plus 2 substitutes. Once the tournament check in begins, the roster is saved and may not be changed. Only players listed in a team may participate with them. Teams may not substitute a player in the middle of a round (map) being played. Doing so will result in a DQ from such round.

Illegal Pickups

Only playstations profiles and their respective account holders may play in the tournament, and only with their teams. If it is proven that a team used an illegal pick up and/or an eligible account is being used by a different player, the team will be disqualified from the whole match.

Spectators (cam)

No one other than the 10 players competing in the round and our streamer is allowed to spectate.

Match Delays and Comfort Breaks

Each team is allocated a grand total of 20 minute break per match, following informing an administrator of such break.

Match Duration

Each BO3 round must be completed within 80 minutes of the match start time, while 100 minutes are allocated for a BO5. If the match start time is not predefined, the match is considered to have started once both teams are in listed match on the website. Unnecessary delays may result in both teams being disqualified from the tournament.

Check-in

The check in period starts 60 minutes before the match’s start time and ends 15 minutes before. Players must check in within the allocated time or they will be disqualified from the competition.

No Show

Both teams captains must attempt adding each other as friend on PSN and start the match as soon as possible. If a team is non-responsive or does not start the challenge 10 minutes past the match’s starting time, then the opponent has the right to submit a no-show report with photo or video evidence. An administrator will subsequently interfere and resolve the issue.

Disconnections

If a player disconnects after the first 30 seconds of a round, or after a kill is made, the match continues on and may not be restarted. Otherwise, teams may restart the match. If the disconnected player is the host, the disconnection will count as a forfeit.

If the disconnection occurs in a Search and Destroy round, the players must quit the game after completing said round. The teams may then re-invite the disconnected player and carry on with the same score from the previous game.

Score Submission

Both team captains are responsible for submitting and approving scores. When the winning team is submitting the score, he/she must provide photo or video evidence of the results.
